BDO’s Best Boss™ Manager Development Program offers foundational training for new managers, as well as management skills and resources useful for leaders at every level of experience and responsibility. Guided workshops focus on developing and strengthening skills in four essential areas: aligning to purpose, mastering communication, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
Two Approaches
In-person
An in-person workshop can be delivered as one full-day session or two half-day sessions.
Virtual
A series of facilitated, 90-minute virtual workshops conducted over several days or weeks.
